Please update your Mail2Blogger secret word. HOW!?

Every time I check my blogger account, I get the message

"Update your secret word! To prevent abuse, a recent update to Mail2Blogger disabled easily guessable secret words. Please update your Mail2Blogger secret word."

Can ANYONE tell me how to update this secret word?

I found this link "http://blogger-hints-and-tips.blogspot.fi/2011/12/mail2post-using-email-to-update-your.html but the instructions don't match settings offered to me.

I remain puzzled!
